Counselling in Harlow: How I Can Help
Everyone's circumstances are different. You may know exactly what is troubling you, or you may find it difficult to put your feelings into words. You do not need to have everything figured out before seeking support.
Counselling can provide time and space to explore what is happening in your life, recognise patterns, understand your feelings and consider ways forward.
Depending on your needs and the services offered at my Harlow, Essex clinic, support may include exploring:
-
Anxiety, stress and feeling overwhelmed
-
Low self-esteem and confidence
-
Difficult emotions and personal challenges
-
Relationship difficulties and communication
-
Life changes, loss and uncertainty
If you are unsure which type of support would be most appropriate, please get in touch. We can discuss what you are looking for and whether the services I offer are suitable for you.
A Welcoming Space in Harlow, Essex
Finding the right counsellor is a personal decision. Feeling comfortable, listened to and respected can be an important part of that process.
My aim is to provide a supportive environment where you can speak openly, without feeling pressured to share more than you are ready to discuss.
